How to add and manage notebooks
Learn how to configure Virex for your project. Covers build settings, environment variables, and deployment options.
Add a notebook

Navigate to the notes section: Select the specific project where you want to create the notebook. Click the “Notes” tab on the left-side menu.

Add a notebook: Click on the “+” icon to initiate the creation of a new notebook.

Enter notebook title: Enter a title for your notebook.
**Note:**** **If you want this notebook to be easily accessible and visible at the top of the notes list, consider using the “Pin to Top” option.

Save the notebook: After entering the title, click the “Add” button to save your new notebook.
Edit a notebook

Click the three-dots icon or right-click on the notebook and select “Edit“.

Edit the details: Choose this option to modify the notebook title or change the “Pin to Top” option. After making changes, click “Update” to save.
Delete a notebook

Click the three-dots icon or right-click on the notebook and select “Delete“.

Delete: Select “Yes” within this confirmation window to delete.
Note: This action will also delete all notes within the notebook.
Create a copy of the notebook

Click the three-dots icon or right-click on the notebook and select “Create a copy“.

Create a copy: This option allows you to duplicate the notebook. A pop-up window will prompt you to rename the notebook title and select the project where the copy will be saved.
Move notebook

Click the three-dots icon or right-click on the notebook and select “Move“.

Move: Select this option to move the notebook to another project. A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to choose the destination project.
Note: Moving a notebook will also move and add any subscribed people to the new project.
Bookmark notebook

Click the three-dots icon or right-click on the notebook and select “Bookmark“.

The bookmarked notebook will appear in the right-side menu with other saved bookmarks.
Pin to top notebook

Click the three-dots icon or right-click on the notebook and select “Pin to top“.
